An ACV Cocktail

An ACV Cocktail

Yes, you read right I said an apple cider vinegar cocktail. I know it doesn’t sound tasty and you are right but there are so many benefits. This drink consists of acv and blackstrap molasses. Its super easy to make  but lets get to the benefits.

Apple cider vinegar is not only great for shiny, pH balanced hair when used as a rinse but it has several benefits when taking it internally. ACV lowers blood pressure. My neighbor is in her late 80s and swears by it and I will take her word any day because she is probably in better shape than me. It also rids the body off toxins which can help with weight control as well. It help maintain healthy skin and a youthful body. Its also great after workouts to soothe tight and achy muscles.

You can take acv alone but you HAVE to dilute it with water. Trust me I tired it and it felt like a burned a hole in my throat. Now I’m not a fan of the taste so I add BSM which brings out the apple taste but BSM has a lot of health benefits as well.

BSM has a high iron, potassium, and sulfur contents. Its also one of the world’s healthest foods which is a surprise since its derived from sugar cane. It is also high in magnesium, calcium, copper manganese, selenium, and B6. The benefits are endless in terms of giving you energy, making your hair and nails strong, to keeping your bones strong. Now for the recipe:

  • 2 tbs. of Raw Unfiltered ACV
  • 2tbs. of Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses
  • 8 0z. of Purified H2o

Stir this altogether and then you will have the famous ACV cocktail. It can be taken 3 times a day. I only do it once before bed because the acv burns calories ans rebuilds muscle while you sleep. I might try it in the morning for a good morning pick me up. Its also great after workouts.

Let me know your ACV cocktail experiences.
